Downloading your photos onto your phone can be confusing because whenever you download something onto your phone from the internet, the files do not automatically go to your camera roll like you would assume. I recommend using a computer for downloads because of this reason. Follow these step-by-step instructions to find out how to download photos onto your phone and how to move them to your camera roll.
This tutorial is for IOS users.
Open the link that was sent to you. You should be taken to your album. Click "View Photos".

2. Hit the download button.

3. A new tab will pop up asking if you want to download. Select download.

4. On the album page, you will now see a blue circle with an arrow next to your address bar. This indicates that your album in downloading. Click it.

5. Here you will see the status of your download. THIS WILL TAKE A WHILE. You are given the full resolution of your images which means the file sizes are very large. Once the download appears to be finished, click the zip icon.

6. You will be taken to the Downloads folder on your iPhone. Click the zip icon here to expand the folder.

7. A new folder should pop up, click on it.

8. Here you will see your images. You can stop here, but if you want to be able to view your photos in your Photos app, you must move them. You can do so by clicking the circle with three dots in the upper right-hand corner.

9. Hit "Select".

10. Hit "Select All".

11. Now that all of your photos have been selected, hit the upper arrow and box button in the bottom left-hand corner.

12. Hit "Save x Images". The photos should now show up in your phone's photo app.
